Our Mission
The C4T will provide the local community, both military and civilian, with a world-class technology research, education, and assessment facility. The C4T will have an application of innovative military and commercial technology solutions. The C4T will facilitate the acceleration and transition of new technologies from academia, federal labs, and the commercial sector into mature operational capabilities.

Our Vision
To serve as the technology research and education anchor for developing R&D teams and partnerships with representatives from academia, industry and government.
