Technical Collaboration: Strategic Initiative Process
The C4T provides an unprecedented capability to collaborate with
Industry Leaders, Academia, and Government to provide innovative
solutions to the Government's most complicated problems. The C4T has
invented a Strategic Initiative Process (SIP) which takes a problem or
challenge through the collaborative process, ending with a proposed
solution and accompanying playbook. A core team composed of
representatives from each of the problem knowledge areas will lead the
effort. Representatives from Academia, Government, and Industry are
brought into the process. The C4T has established revolutionary
collaborative techniques to leverage the power of the collection of
individuals to create new and innovative solutions.
The C4T houses resources with the expertise to solve problems in the
areas of Tactical and Fixed Site Systems, Software, Networks and
Communications, Information Assurance, Process, and Analysis. The C4T
also specializes in intelligence problems.
